OVERVIEW OF TENEVIA OS

Easy access to information from TENEVIA’s sensors and simulators when you use our TENEVIA OS on-line services. OS Base offers adaptable storage space for archiving, publishing and collecting data. The IT infrastructure is specially designed for operational applications, making it is secure and interoperable with many systems. OS Board also proposes a decision aid interface accessible on a cloud from a web navigator.

ADVANTAGES OF TENEVIA OS

Adaptable storage

OS Base guarantees secure and private storage of user data in a dedicated space. Storage evolution according to requirements is administered by TENEVIA.

To find out more about possible system developments, see the TENEVIA OS System section.

Decision aid interface

For easier situation analysis and supervision, TENEVIA has created OS-Board, a user-friendly visualisation interface. Particularly well-adapted to TENEVIA sensor and simulator measurements and forecasts, the OS-Board service offers access to the information produced by means of computer graphics, images, data tables and other numerical indicators.

Multi-user on-line service

TENEVIA OS on-line services are accessible on a cloud via a secure web navigator. The centralised information can be consulted remotely by several authorised users, thereby facilitating data sharing.

Downloads & API

Optimised for collecting and recovering different data (images, measurements, forecasts, etc.), TENEVIA’s on-line services facilitate access to different types of information. Thanks to the automatic deposit system on a server or using an API, TENEVIA OS integrates your information in your data supervisors or hubs.

The web interface also allows the user to download data files “manually” on his workstation, using different export formats.

Secure hosting

The different TENEVIA OS supervision services are operated in Cloud mode from high-availability servers.

Hosted in France by a French company that specialises in critical on-line applications, TENEVIA’s servers benefit from an operation centre that is active 24/24, 7/7.

Alarm service

TENEVIA OS offers additional advanced supervision services. The alarm module offers email or text warnings when a preconfigured alert level is exceeded.

To find out more about this service, see the TENEVIA OS Alarm section.

Have you increased your number of stations? Do you need more storage space for your camera images? Do you want to share your systems with a large number of other users in your region? See the different system extension modules in the TENEVIA OS on-line services

TENEVIA OS SYSTEM EXTENSION OFFER

The system’s initial format with storage limited to 250GO can be extended to increase this volume if you add physical or virtual stations or you need more storage space for your images. The extension module also allows additional named users access for better information sharing.

For your information, it is preferable to store processed sensor and simulator results rather than unprocessed data due to its significantly higher volume (camera images, radar images, weather forecasts, etc.). This allows you to store a large data history.

Make better use of your centralised data in OS TENEVIA using our email and text alarm emission module. The alarm module means that those in charge can be mobilised easily in a risky situation.

ALARM OFFER

TENEVIA OS can emit alarms via two methods: emails or text messages. Alarms are set off when measurement or forecast thresholds are exceeded. These alarm thresholds and the operating rules that govern their emission are pre-determined by the user, whatever the station (physical or virtual). The alarm distribution channels can be adapted to the level of alarm¹ detected. It is also possible to vary the panel of managers to mobilise² according to the level of alarm.

¹ (Example: Yellow threshold = email / Orange threshold = email + text)

² (Example : Yellow threshold = technicians / Orange threshold = technicians + elected representatives)
